Professionally, my journey began with an innate passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. From the early days of establishing Shirdan Enterprises to the strategic inception of UPRISE Management and UPRISE Media, each venture has been a step forward in a continuous quest for excellence and transformation within the business landscape. The transition from direct sales to energy and then to marketing and public relations reflects an evolutionary approach to business, always looking for new challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact.

I would encourage my younger self to invest more time in personal health and relationships, ensuring that success is not just a professional statistic but a holistic measure.
Secondly, I would embrace failure with more openness. Early in my career, setbacks could seem daunting, but over time, I’ve come to appreciate them as invaluable learning opportunities. Starting again, I would take more risks and lean into the lessons that each failure teaches, using them as steppingstones rather than stumbling blocks.
Additionally, I would focus on the power of mentorship both as a mentor and a mentee.
