2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
2.1. All payments made to Exeleon Media for subscriptions, advertisements, or any other services are processed through a PayPal account linked with accounts@exeleonmagazine.com or via ACH and Check.
2.2. Once a payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted by Exeleon Media.
3. Advertiser’s Responsibility
3.1. The advertiser is responsible for any material that they supply for publication in Exeleon Magazine or that is designed by our designers and approved for publication by the advertiser.
3.2. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and legality of all content provided for publication.
4. Content Changes
4.1. Advertisers have the right to request changes to any content in the magazine that is relevant to their feature. However, such requests must be made to Exeleon Media at least two weeks prior to the issue’s closing date.
5. Liability Limitations
5.1. Exeleon Media is not responsible for failing to publish an issue due to acts of God, natural disasters, national emergencies, or any other situations beyond the control of the publication.
5.2. In case of no response from the client regarding any content, editorial, or approval, and failure to publish the magazine as a result, Exeleon Media LLC is not liable to pay or refund the amount once processed.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exeleon Media LLC is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
7. Changes to Terms
Exeleon Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. All content published on Exeleon Magazine, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Exeleon Media or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
