Before Medicus, Dr. Bokhari served as Executive Chairman & CEO of FSD Pharma (Nasdaq: HUGE), where he led its pivot from medicinal cannabis to a clinical-stage pharmaceutical R&D company, raising nearly $100M in institutional capital. His early entrepreneurial wins include the recapitalization and sale of Lakewood Pathology Associates and Parkway Clinical; transactions that delivered outsized returns including an IRR of 137%.
