Jignen Pandya : Firstly, what, according to you makes one Dynamic? How do you integrate the same thought into your leadership?
In my view, being dynamic means having the ability to evolve continuously, both as a person and as a leader. It is about staying curious, open to learning, and ready to adapt when situations change. Today, the world changes faster than ever, and what keeps businesses ahead is their willingness to unlearn, relearn, and evolve according to the times.
In my leadership, I try to bring that same mindset to my team. I encourage doing experiments, openness, creativity, and ownership. If something doesn’t work, we learn and move forward quickly. I believe that progress happens when people feel supported enough to take risks. Overall, this mindset of experimentation has helped in both personal and organizational growth and has helped us stay agile in a fast-moving industry.
You started your career in global sales and marketing. What did that experience teach you about how businesses truly grow?
My early career in global sales and marketing taught me that growth is rooted in understanding people: both clients and teams. Each market has unique dynamics, and success comes from listening closely, building trust, and adapting strategies accordingly. Working across different regions exposed me to diverse customer behaviors, cultural nuances, and operational models. I realized that what works in one market may not work for others, so adaptability is key.
Today the majority of clients we work with are abroad, either in the USA, Middle East, UK, Europe, APAC, and aligning teams across time zones and regions requires empathy, clarity, and flexibility. My global sales experience has shaped my leadership style deeply and made me believe it is about building relationships that last, not just closing deals.
Expert App Devs focuses on building custom solutions rather than off-the-shelf products. What does a “future-ready” solution mean to you?
Future-ready solutions should be long-lasting; it shouldn’t just solve today’s problems but also evolve with future challenges. Off-the-shelf solutions usually limit creativity and adaptability. This is why we focus more on building custom solutions to ensure the investment is worthy for the long term.
Ultimately, a future-ready approach prepares businesses to seize opportunities, adapt to change, and sustain growth even after the project is delivered. Hence, every solution we deliver is designed to help clients stay agile, competitive, and prepared for what comes next.
When did you first realize that technology could be more than software and actually become a driver of business transformation?
I realized a long time ago that technology has the capability to change how businesses operate. Early in my career, I dealt with many companies that struggled with inefficient processes, disconnected systems, limited insights, and much more. Implementing the right strategy was not enough; this is when I saw that using the right technology solved the problem and made the work more efficient.
Whether it’s about implementing new features or coding, using the right tools and technologies can help any business transform by allowing teams to work smarter, reach customers faster, and make decisions efficiently.
You’ve been leading Expert App Devs for more than five years now. What key principles or values have remained constant throughout your journey as CEO?
One thing that has remained constant throughout my journey as CEO is the belief that people are the cornerstone of every success. Technologies, markets, and challenges evolve, but having good employees are our greatest asset. Investing in strong teams and nurturing talent has always been central to my approach.
However, understanding the client’s needs deeply before proposing solutions has been my constant principle. Early in my career, I discovered that lasting success comes from being genuinely invested in our clients’ growth, not just closing deals. In the end, true leadership is about nurturing employees, giving people autonomy, support, and confidence to act. When teams are aligned, motivated, and trusted, remarkable achievements naturally follow.
What advice would you give to founders and business leaders who want to innovate but feel limited by resources, time, or uncertainty?
You don’t need more resources to innovate. You just need to have clarity, focus, and a willingness to act. Talk to your customers transparently to identify the pain points. Because the most expensive mistake is moving in the wrong direction. My advice to founders and leaders is to identify the most critical problem to solve and tackle it step by step. Limited resources are not a barrier; in fact, it is the opportunity to bring out the creativity and experiment from the resources that you have. It’s equally important to surround yourself with capable and knowledgeable people who give great ideas and motivate you to experiment.
With the right mindset, focus, and taking small steps, you can easily develop meaningful innovation without limitation.
Looking ahead, what is the long-term vision for Expert App Devs and the impact you hope to create?
We have already made a stronger presence in India, USA, and UAE, as a most trusted mobile app development partner for businesses serious about digital innovation. We’re working toward a future where businesses of all sizes can leverage sophisticated digital solutions to serve their customers better and operate more efficiently. Our long-term vision is to expand into new markets like Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and acquire expertise in all emerging technologies and areas like Gen AI, adaptive AI, XR, sustainable, green digital transformation, and much more. We will continue pushing technological boundaries while ensuring solutions remain user-friendly and business focused.
