In an entrepreneurial world driven by algorithms, achievement, and relentless hustle, Stefanie Gass offers a refreshing and faithful counter-narrative: a business rooted in biblical values, simplicity, and trust in God’s timing.
As the founder of Stefanie Gass LLC and host of the popular podcast Online Business for Christian Women, Stefanie has helped thousands of women create impactful businesses, without compromising their faith or family.
Her story is not one of instant success but of surrender, prayer, and divine redirection. Through her coaching, content, and community, Stefanie continues to model what it looks like to thrive in business while remaining anchored in purpose and obedience.
Stefanie, can you take us back to the beginning? What led you to create Stefanie Gass LLC and launch Online Business for Christian Women?
My journey to building Stefanie Gass LLC and launching “Online Business for Christian Women” began in a season of surrender. Years ago, I found myself chasing worldly success in network marketing, constantly hustling and striving for achievement. While I hit the big milestones — six figures, recognition, the trips — I felt empty and disconnected from my true purpose.
God began to work in my heart, revealing that I was placing my worth in success instead of in Him. In 2016, I decided to lay it all down. I deleted social media for a season, leaned into prayer, and asked God to guide me to His plans for my life and business.
Through that process, He revealed a calling to help ambitious, faith-led women build businesses that honor Him — without compromising their family or faith. That’s when my podcast, “Online Business for Christian Women,” was born, and later my signature programs that help women monetize their God-given gifts through podcasting.
You’re known for your anti-hustle, biblical approach to business. How do you define “anti-hustle” in a culture that glorifies grind?
To me, “anti-hustle” means building a business in partnership with God rather than relying solely on our own strength. It means prioritizing presence over pressure, sustainability over burnout, and obedience over outcomes.
The world celebrates constant hustle, late nights, and busy schedules as badges of honor — but God calls us to rest, to trust, and to steward our gifts with peace. The “anti-hustle” approach allows us to grow businesses that don’t drain us but instead support the life God is calling us to live — with margin for faith, family, and true freedom.
How do you coach clients to trust God’s timing and provision while still stewarding their business growth wisely?
One of my favorite verses is Proverbs 16:9: “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” I remind my clients that God is not surprised by their timeline or their journey.
We co-create a strategy — because planning and taking action are biblical — but we hold those plans loosely and remain open to His redirection. I help them set boundaries, define their “enough,” and build businesses that align with their calling rather than chasing numbers or comparison.
Ultimately, it’s about leaning into trust daily: trust that God sees the big picture, that His provision is always on time, and that success His way is far greater than anything we could force in our own strength.
Can you walk us through your coaching framework or roadmap? What are the key milestones your clients reach?
My coaching framework is built around the idea of growing an audience organically and monetizing with simplicity and sustainability. It starts with clarity: getting clear on who you serve, your niche, and the transformation you offer.
Next is content — for most of my clients, this means launching a podcast as a long-form platform to build trust and authority. From there, we focus on community and cultivating a loyal audience who deeply connects with your message.
Then comes monetization: creating scalable offers like courses, coaching programs, or memberships that solve your audience’s problems.
The milestones I love seeing clients reach are launching their podcasts, growing an engaged listener base, creating and selling their first offer, and finally, generating consistent income — all while working less and living more.
How do you ensure your message and mission remain authentic and God-centered as your influence expands?
I believe that staying grounded in God’s Word and maintaining a daily relationship with Him is non-negotiable. Before any big decision, launch, or pivot, I pray and seek His direction.
I also surround myself with a community that holds me accountable — mentors, peers, and my team — who all share the same faith-centered values.
When the world starts shouting “do more, be more,” I intentionally step back, evaluate if something aligns with God’s will, and remind myself that my worth is not in numbers, but in obedience.
Looking ahead, what’s your vision going forward both on a personal and professional front?
Personally, I’m focused on deepening my relationship with God and being fully present for my family. My prayer is to live a life of simplicity and joy, with margin to serve and love well.
Professionally, I’m excited to continue helping thousands of women step into their calling, create kingdom businesses, and find true freedom. I envision expanding our programs and resources, reaching more faith-led entrepreneurs around the world, and continuing to create content that equips and inspires.
At the end of the day, my ultimate vision is to steward the platform God has given me to bring Him glory — one obedient step at a time.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share my heart and mission. My hope is that this encourages other women to surrender their businesses to God and trust that His plans are truly the best plans.
